Pergamo was founded in Mallorca in 2025 as a multidisciplinary studio focused on architectural projects and real estate development.

It all began with the restoration of an old house on the island, Cas Mestre, where we—Pedro Risueño and Álvaro Alcain—poured our passion and experience into bringing new life to a space that had lost it.

This project, now transformed into our home studio, reshaped the way we work. It taught us to listen before proposing, to work with time and material, and to value the honesty of things done well. From this process of learning, our identity was born.

Pergamo is a way of understanding architecture—of valuing the craft of traditional building while embracing the practicality and efficiency of contemporary language. A balanced synthesis in pursuit of beauty rooted in truth, and of spaces whose sincerity and coherence allow them to stand on their own.
