Facing the Almudena Cathedral, this 186m2 Madrid penthouse overlooks the city's historic center through its 9 balconies.

The building, with its distinctly classical style, set the guidelines for organizing the different spaces, respecting the original features and ornamentation of the house, adapting it to a more contemporary approach.

The design was simple: we kept the social area on the main facade, giving it a larger and more generous layout, while relegating the private area to the rear of the house.

 

The kitchen acts as a link between both parts; the large stone island represents the meeting point that welcomes us and organizes the circulation around it.
